           PENDLETON WOOL

The finest of wools, woven on cotton warp for strength and shape retention. Practically impossible to wear out! All are reversible. Dry clean. There are 3 types:

Blanket wools are actually Pendleton blankets which we make into vests and coats; they have a thick loft with a soft and fluffy feel, and are very warm.

Upholstery wools coat-weight, and have the same weave and content as the blankets; but instead of being picked and fluffed, they are finished by steaming and pressing for a dense, smooth, non-bulky fabric that is ideal for a wide range of climates.

Lightweight wools are 100% wool in a tropical suit-weight, and are ideal for warmer climates. We also feature lightweight Pendleton fabrics in our Shawls (see the Products page).

All Solarado Specialties are individually, hand-crafted with various fabrics available for your custom-made coat or vest.
